In this program we work month-to-month with our small business owner clients. The program covers all facets of the enterprise including business and marketing strategy, sales planning and execution, financial management including managing cash flow and human resource planning. These meetings can be face to face or by phone or email. We help by offering specific, creative, effective solutions to business problems.
This program provides clients with a blend of advisory and coaching services. We operate this advisory service on a handshake or verbal agreement basis. Clients can drop out of this program at any time with no further obligation. A client who stays with us for a year will typically spend in the range of $3,600.00 to $12,000.00.

This program focuses on the individual who wants to solve a problem, reach a goal or make a change more quickly than he/she could do on his/her own. It responds to the question: "Who can you discuss your concerns with?" Talking with people in the work environment may unnecessarily upset or confuse them. Talking to a family member who is emotionally involved with you may hinder that person from hearing you clearly, or the information you impart may unduly burden them. Yet, your concerns don't really call for formal counseling or therapy. As an objective third party we can assist you to clarify your beliefs, vision, identity, gifts, dreams, opportunities, values, goals, action plans and implementation plans.

This program includes proposals and contracts for project consulting in such areas as market research, strategic planning, sales and customer service training, employee training programs and other business services. This program is designed for the client that wants assistance with a defined set of tasks to be completed in a specified period of time. Some clients prefer on daily billing rate and others prefer a fixed price contract.
