Fee Structure

The first few meetings, structured as an exploratory fact finding discussion, are free of charge. These initial discussions can be either by telephone or in person at the client offices if they are located on the Lower Mainland or on South Vancouver Island. Other clients are welcome however they will be charged expenses.
Prior to any work being undertaken, a written agreement will be provided the client outlining our understanding of the: scope of the assignment, timelines, expected outcomes, fee schedule and terms of payment.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, fees may be structured in at least one of the following ways:
  • Hourly Rate
  • Daily Rate
  • Monthly Rate
  • Performance Bonus
  • Equity participation
  • Fixed Price Project
  • Monthly Retainer Program


We understand that financial capabilities vary from client to client and we have where reasonable and practical, attempted to structure fee arrangements that fit the circumstances.
